Your party day
Parties run for 2 hours, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm unless arranged separately. Families can arrive from 1:45pm to set up and pack up by 4:15pm.
Qualified Trident coaches run gymnastics games and activities. Tables, chairs and use of our gym equipment are included.
The party includes 60 minutes of coached activities, 30 minutes for food and birthday cake, and 30 minutes of supervised free time and games.
Bring your own food, drinks and decorations. Please consider guests’ allergies and dietary needs.
All participating children must be included in your booked numbers. An adult joins any child under 5, or not yet in primary school, on the gym floor. Other guests can watch from the viewing areas.
