PlayGym:

After the success of our Autumn Holiday Program, PlayGym under 6’s free play has been added back to our regular programming - just in time for the colder months!

What is PlayGym?

PlayGym is a non-structured casual attendance program, which allows the kids to swing on the bars, jump into the foam pit, build a cubby house or whatever their imagination allows! Activities in the gym will differ between sessions to challenge, motivate and capture the interest and imaginations of participants.

Who can attend?

  • Anyone aged 0-6 years, not attending school!

  • PlayGym is the perfect program for families who cannot commit to regular gymnastics classes, but still need a gymnastics fix in their week

💰 $10/child (pay less by purchasing multiple visits at once)

📆 11:00am - 12:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week

Winter Training Attire:

With the days getting shorter and weather getting colder, now is the perfect time to make sure your gymnast is prepared for gymnastics during the winter months!

Although we can crank up the heaters and get the gym nice and warm, it is important that all participants come to class with multiple layers of clothing. This ensures that gymnasts can remove layers as they warm up and keep their bodies safe whilst at the gym.

A friendly reminder that hooded jumpers are not appropriate to wear whilst doing skills, so a crew neck or long sleeve t-shirt is always best. Hoods can blind gymnasts whilst going upside down and can only be worn during the initial warm up period of each class.

All gymnasts should still bring a water bottle to class regardless of the weather.

2024 Australian Championships Campaign:

The countdown is well and truly on until Isabella, from the WAG Trident Squad, takes to the floor at the 2024 Australian Gymnastics Championships on the on Gold Coast!

Isabella will take to the floor on Saturday 11th May for day one of competition, where she will look to qualify for finals on Monday 13th May at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre.

We wish you the very best of luck at your first nationals campaign in many years, Izzy!
