Welcome to 2024 at Trident Gymnastics!

 

We are so excited to welcome new and returning members to Trident for another year empowering with movement. 2024 is already proving to be our biggest year to date, with many exciting changes taking shape over the holiday period. 

2024 Key Dates: 

In 2024 we have moved to run classes on a continuous basis, pausing only for holiday weeks schedule by Trident. This means that gymnastics runs more often, optimising your gymnast's experience and skill progression. 

 

2024 Calendar

  • Class dates for 2024 can be viewed on our website here

  • Whole club events, such as End of Year Display and internal competitions, will be published shortly

  • A reminder that Trident is closed on all public holidays and fees are automatically adjusted in these instances

 

Upcoming Important Dates: 

  • 1st February - monthly tuition processed

  • 15th February - March tuition placed onto family accounts 

2024 Tuition Information:

At Trident class tuition is charged monthly, for the month of classes ahead. On the 15th of each month, charges are placed onto your account for the proceeding month; you then have until the first business day of the month to settle your account. Any outstanding fees on the first business day of the month are then direct debited. 

 

The total amount of tuition each month is based on the number of classes your gymnast has scheduled in that period. This means that tuition may vary from month to month.

Make Up Tokens:

Can't make your normal class? Book a make up! 

​

We understand that life gets in the way from time to time and you can't always make it to gymnastics. Our make up tokens allow gymnasts to catch up their missed classes, ensuring that their skill development is continuous. 

 

To receive a make up token, simply jump onto our Customer Portal and log the future absence via the student profile. Make up tokens are only issued for future absences, which must be notified a minimum of 1 hour before the class start time. The make up token will become active on your account after the scheduled class has concluded and must be used within 30 days.

Make up tokens hold no monetary value and are issued as a grace for missed classes. As such, no refunds or credits are available for unused make up tokens.

Payment Method on File: 

Families can easily update their payment method stored on file via the Customer Portal.
