The months are flying by and it's already the end of May! Here's what's happening in the gym as we gear up for the winter school holidays.
Illness and Absences:
The onset of colder weather means that the winter lurgies are well and truly here!
If your gymnast is sick, we do ask that you keep them at home rather than sharing their germs with the rest of the gym. This ensures that everyone stays healthy during the winter months and we can keep all of our classes running.
If your gymnast is going to be absent, simply jump onto our Customer Portal and log your absence under Account > Student > Future Absences. You will then receive a make up token for use up to 30 days after the scheduled class has run. Simple!

PlayGym:
PlayGym is a non-structured casual attendance program, which allows the kids to swing on the bars, jump into the foam pit, build a cubby house or whatever their imagination allows! Activities in the gym will differ between sessions to challenge, motivate and capture the interest and imaginations of participants.
Who can attend?

Anyone aged 0-6 years, not attending school!

PlayGym is the perfect program for families who cannot commit to regular gymnastics classes, but still need a gymnastics fix in their week
💰 $10/child (pay less by purchasing multiple visits at once)
📆 11:00am - 12:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week
🎟️ Purchase a single, 5 or 10 visit pass via our “PlayGym Passes and Merch Store” on the Customer Portal

Winter Holiday Program:
Our Winter Holiday Program schedule is being finalised as we speak!
Keep your eyes peeled for more information about the sessions on offer these holidays, including PlayGym, OpenGym and Skill Workshops.

2024 Australian Championships Campaign:
A huge congratulations are in order for Isabella Deak, who took to the floor at the Australian Championships earlier in the month!
Izzy competed against Australia's best in the Level 10 competition across two days at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre.
With beautiful performances aplenty, Izzy placed a commendable 41st in the All Around in her first Australian Championships since her comeback.
Best of all was the joy that Izzy brought onto the competition floor; cheering on her team mates and enjoying competing again at a national level - this is what gymnastics is about!
Izzy, we're so proud of you and can't wait to see what you achieve in the next in this fabulous comeback

Payment Details
Have you recently received a new bank card?
A friendly reminder to make sure your payment details are up to date in our system
We know that many families have multiple debits set up on the one card and changing over to new details generally happens when something bounces...which debit comes off which card?! We've all been there!
Our Customer Portal makes it a breeze to check which card you have stored on file, at any time of the day.
Simply head to the Portal > Account > Update Payment Method
Account Suspensions
Knowing that our families are often juggling many activities, we aim to make our memberships easy to use. Sometimes this means that families choose to take a break from gymnastics to go on a family holiday or try something new.
A friendly reminder that we cannot suspend family accounts unless your child has an injury that prevents them from participating in gymnastics.
If you have upcoming plans which will impact your gymnast's participation in class, come and have a chat with one of our Venue Leaders who will be happy to help. We'll look forward to welcoming you back to the gym very soon!
