Our 1.5 hour skill workshops focus on specific gymnastics elements and skill progressions, allowing participants to extend their ability in each workshop. Non-members are welcome to join in the fun!

• Handstand and Cartwheels

  • Focus on perfecting your handstands and cartwheels across the apparatus, using a range of drills and equipment set ups ​

• UrbanGym

  • Think parkour, ninja warrior and trampoline tricks!

• Flips and Tricks

  • Make great progress toward walkovers, round offs, aerials and flips
